Designed to the 2021 IRC, IBC, IMC, IFC, UPC, IECC and IFGC and the 2020 NEC as amended and adopted by the City of St. George. Verify all dimensions and conditions on site, and confirm load-bearing sizes and locations against the soils report before fabricating.

Restaurant No. 2, Jellystone Park™ Zion

Single-story, Type 5B restaurant inside the resort — 2,945 sq ft: a 1,245 sq ft games hall (A-3), a 1,356 sq ft commercial kitchen (B) and 394 sq ft of dry storage and utility (S-2). 28 sheets: title, floor and exiting plans, exterior and interior elevations, schedules, roof plan, building section and grease interceptor; electrical lighting and power; HVAC; plumbing; structural S1 through S5; and the ten-sheet kitchen hood, exhaust and fire-suppression package.

Reviewed for code compliance and stamped by the Hurricane City Building Official on 5 January 2026, and the building is now complete; the set is provided as the record drawings. Designed to the 2021 IBC, IFC, IMC, IPC and IECC and the 2020 NEC.

Maintenance Building, Jellystone Park™ Zion

Single-story metal-sided maintenance building, 80 ft by 20 ft — a 1,600 sq ft main floor with two accessible entrances and a 14 ft by 18 ft overhead door, plus a 1,139 sq ft upper deck with guardrail, stair and sliding gate. 13 sheets: title, floor plan, building information, deck posts plan, roof plan, two exterior elevation sheets, two electrical, plumbing and mechanical sheets, ADA details, deck and guardrail details, sliding gate details and stair details.

Drawings by Provalue Engineering, Inc., Hurricane, submitted to Hurricane City under permit PEND26-447. The building is now complete; this is the permit submission set, provided as the record drawings. Foundation and truss design were verified by the engineer of record; exterior and interior finishes were the owner’s selection.
